Should I permit the buyer to inspect the property just before closing?

The typical real estate contract is going to contain what's called a walkthrough provision. That allows the buyer, usually the day before closing or the day of closing, to walk through the property to see that the property is essentially in the same condition as when they signed the contract.

However, that's not a reinspection provision. That means that the buyer cannot reinspect the property and find any problems with it, and then try and cancel the contract, or try and negotiate on the contract price.
