May the seller refuse to accept attorney review, inspection contingency, and mortgage-contingency clauses?

A contract is a set of promises that is binding on both the buyer and the seller. The seller can decide whether they want to accept the attorney review clause in it, a [inaudible 00:00:13] contingency clause in it or inspection contingency clause in it; however, you have to do this before you sign the contract.

That's why it's very important, especially if you're selling your home without a realtor, that you get as much information as you can when you fit out a contract.

Again, if you feel that you don't have enough information, you might want to contact an attorney so they can help you fill out the contract.
