Is the seller responsible for any closing costs?
In a typical real estate transaction in Florida, the sellers going to be responsible for certain costs. For example, documentary stamps on the sale of the property, also a prorated property taxes up until the day of closing. In addition, the sellers going to be responsible for a municipal lease search and a title search. Also, if the seller owns any money on the property such as a HOA fee or maybe a water bill, they're going to have to pay that also at closing.
